Pick Everyday Matcha for bright, grassy lattes, or Ceremonial Matcha for a silky, sweet and deeply umami bowl.
How to prepare
- Soak the whisk prongs in warm water for a minute to soften them.
- Sift two scoops of matcha into the bowl.
- Add 70 ml of water at 75 to 80 °C.
- Whisk in a quick "M" motion until frothy, then enjoy.
