Flavor profile
Vibrant and grassy with a gentle, pleasant bitterness that balances beautifully with milk or a touch of honey.
How to prepare
- Sift 2 g (1 tsp) into a mug or bowl.
- Whisk with 50 ml of water at 80 °C until smooth.
- Top up with 200 ml of steamed or cold milk. Sweeten if you like.
